Dan Rather has a 1 hour report on the problems with Touch Screen Voting on HD TV.
In my opinion, this is THE most important report to date on e-voting.

Voting machine vendor Sequoia's actions in 2000 have set into play repeated election fiascos for voters, and repeated million$ sales for vendors. We have seen a wide scale spread of shoddy electronic voting machines and election failures ever since.

Voter Action has issued this press release:

"Voter Action today calls on the United States Congress to launch a full
investigation into the increasing influence and control that private
companies wage in the way we conduct our elections and to determine
whether certain US voting systems companies have committed crimes under
federal and state anti-fraud statutes which should be referred to the
appropriate authorities for prosecution....
