Ron Mills- News And Commentary: Re: [abcdem] Palin's Speech Last Night

Here here that is what I have been saying all along. What kind of parent would put their own political career ahead of their childs interest in being subject to national scrutiny ridicule and embarassment. A simple "I appreciate and am honored by your thinking of me and I will do what I can to campaign for you but due to my current family circumstances I respectfully decline the honor you have bestowed upon". Any loving parent would have done just that, instead she showed parental values that made me sick. She should hang out with Lynn Spears since they clearly have the same parental philosophy.

…and please keep in mind that life is choices and she chose to hold her pregnant, unmarried daughter up to the spotlight for the whole world to see rather than not be in the spotlight herself.

She is the worst kind of mother. Quite obviously her family comes last, rather than first.

Gentlemen and Ladies...

Let us get this playing field Level to some degree. Obama is too much of a gentleman to get his hands dirty, but I am just a working Mom.

Here is the Palin way.....when you have no solutions or plans or ideas, you resort to jokes and running down your adversary. This is the way Karl Rove would do it...

Palin compared herself to a female dog...it must be female as she discussed lipstick......oh yes, a female dog....I know what that is.

Here is another one....Palin says she had a test during her pregnancy which determined she was carrying a child with down's syndrome and she DECIDED to keep the baby....
She decided to KEEP the baby...she is running on the religious right platform...why did she have to test? I knew I would keep my pregnancy, so I never had to "TEST"
ergo she may believe in choice.

And there is always...if she is such a good socker Mom, where was she on teaching her teen responsibility and even birth control? Maybe she is a lousy Mom that is so caught up with her own
agenda, she is missing out on the important things at home.

And also, what happened about who started up this trumped up war? Oh yes, I recall.....she must not be very bright as she cannot seem to remember. She can not recall that
it destroyed our economy to a degree where we could not take care of our own after Katrina.....but I guess if you just fly over, it looks OK. And Momma Bush was
so cute when she said "I am so glad all those houses blew away so they can get new ones"....I am sure that will happen soon. we need to Tell Palin about
Katrina...I think she missed that because she was filtering books at the library and firing people.....she knows about firing people, but she just can't get it about
Obama hepling people get jobs.....she never helped people get a job......oops except the boy that will marry her daughter under national duress....that marriage should last really long.

And then there is....reading que cards all the live long day...she cannot speak for what she thinks, she can just dig for those que cards when there is not
a teleprompter. I have seen alot of the top of her head. She sure is afraid to speak to the media....and some of them Like female dogs.

Just Like Karl Rove.......but free.....

McCain's campaign manager,Rick Davis told the Washington post that Palin's speech had been written before she was even chosen as McCain's VP. From the Washington Post....
"There was a flutter of attention when McCain campaign manager Rick Davis told a group of Post reporters and editors yesterday that his team was having to rework the vice presidential acceptance speech because the original draft, prepared before Gov. Sarah Palin was chosen, was too “masculine.” While we all wondered to ourselves what might make a speech masculine or feminine, no one batted an eye at the underlying revelation: that the campaign was writing the nominee’s speech before knowing who the nominee would be."

McCain says Obama has no experience and is just words, Palin can't even write her own words.
