Even DLC'er Demo Trader JAMES CARVILLE could not save Libby from going to JAIL:
CNN reports that Scooter Libby must go to jail. The judge just ruled Libby cannot stay free while he appeals his case. I'll Take bets, Bush will pardon Scooter before he serves a day.
